A Little About Me

 

I have been a licensed Realtor since 1993 and I am currently officed at Diamond Reatly & Associates located at 315 East Texas Street in Bossier City. I am putting my vast experience to work for my buyers and sellers, already surpassing my goal and closing over $7 Million Dollars of Real Estate in 2011. Earning the Top 21 Quality Service Award had special meaning to me showing the care I have for my clients. I would not be where I am today without being blessed with such awesome clients that send the many referrals I work my business off of.  I have learned the enormous value of exceptional "customer service" and make it a priority for all of my clients. I truly understand the importance of being with a company that is committed to quality and service above all else, which enables me to deliver superior value to my buyers and sellers. I am a licensed notary and also hold an ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) designation. I have designed two newsletters for subdivisions in Bossier and Shreveport with plans sponsoring them indefinitely. 
I am a lifelong resident of the Shreveport/Bossier area along with my husband, John and our two wonderful sons, Josh and Jacob. I have a true love for real estate but, when not working, my favorite pastime is spending time with my husband and boys. I also enjoy shopping and spending time with family and friends.

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

 

That said, in my experience as a Shreveport/Bossier area real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

 

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
