A Little About Me

I have been a licensed Realtor since 1993 and I am currently officed at Century 21 United located in the Home Design Center on 70th Street. Over half of that time I worked with two prominent and nationally recognized residential real estate sales teams in the Shreveport/ Bossier area. My position included monitoring and maintaining a steady inventory of approximately 30-45 residential listings, website maintenance, regular communication with each buyer and seller and coordinating the closings of each sale. I supervised over 150 closings a year and during the time with each team dramatically helped them increase their sales production.

Now, I am putting my vast experience to work for my own buyers and sellers, already surpassing my goal and closing over $6 Million Dollars of Real Estate in 2008. I have learned the enormous value of exceptional "customer service" and make it a priority for all of my clients. I truly understand the importance of being with a company that is committed to quality and service above all else, which enables me to deliver superior value to my buyers and sellers. I am a licensed notary and also hold an ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) designation. I am also a member of WCR (Women’s Council of Realtors) and make it a priority to socialize with my fellow Realtors. I have designed a newsletter for my subdivision in Bossier and plan to sponsor it indefinitely.
I am a lifelong resident of the Shreveport/Bossier area along with my husband, John and our two wonderful sons, Josh and Jacob. I have a true love for real estate but, when not working, my favorite pastime is spending time with my husband and boys. I am President of Airline High School PTO and assist with special fundraising programs for the school. I also enjoy shopping and spending time with family and friends.

You can reach me at my office at 6969 Fern Loop, located in the Home Design Center. My office number is 318-212-0021, and my cell is 318-572-1122.

My Client-First Philosophy

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my experience as a Shreveport/Bossier area real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

So when you decide that you'd like to buy or sell a home in the Shreveport/Bossier and Surrounding Areas, please contact me.
